PVC/CPVC & membrane penetrations.Metacaulk Joint Strip expands when exposed to heat, forming a refractory char that tightly seals to prevent the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic fumes. It is easy to install with a single-sided application. Highly versatile and flexible, Metacaulk Joint Strip is also economical. It can be covered with any color of standard architectural caulk, and no firestop caulk is required.
