    SurePlug is a fast setting, non-shrinking, hydraulic
    cement compound, formulated to stop leaks in all
    types of concrete or masonry surfaces; and is
    particularly designed to instantly stop the flow of
    running water. SurePlug requires the addition of
    only water before plugging and sealing cracks.
    Available in three set times of 30 seconds (Fast
    Set), 1 minute (Regular Set), and 3 minutes (Slow
    Set).
