Quick Overview

Silicone-based elastomeric sealant, self-leveler and spray for firestopping joint openings where constant dynamic movement is expected. Metacaulk 835+ is designed for both exterior and interior use, offering resistance to weather and chemical exposure. It forms a water- and rain-resistant seal within 1 hour, providing excellent moisture resistance. With a 2-year shelf life and excellent freeze-thaw stability, this product ensures durability. Its non-sag, flexible cure forms an elastomeric seal, making it ideal for applications with expected dynamic movement. Additionally, Metacaulk 835+ is compatible with FBC Systems, except for spray applications.
