Use the Empire® Level Heavy-Duty Aluminum Straight Edge for laying out accurate and square cut lines on woodworking surfaces up to three feet long. The straight edge is made from extruded aluminum so that it will maintain its honed edge and flat surface. The Empire Level 36-inch heavy-duty aluminum straight edge also stands up to the elements and is rust and corrosion resistant. Measurement graduations down to 1/16 inch are stamped boldly on the surface so they're easy to read. Each side of the Empire Level straight-edge ruler contains graduations so you don't have to keep flipping the ruler around for double-sided measurements. The ruler's aluminum frame is two inches wide, so it's sturdy and secure enough to be a guide for saw and router cuts. The Empire Level straight-edge measuring tool also has a hanging eyelet for vertical storage.
