MasterSeal® TC 295 is a high performance, two-component, aliphatic, polyaspartic modified, high solids, urethane waterproofing membrane designed as an intermediate/topcoat for the MasterSeal® TC 295 deck coating systems.

- 90% solids - May be applied near inhabited structures
- Excellent chemical resistance - Protects against a common parking deck chemicals, including gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, alcohol, ethylene glycol, de-icing salts, bleach and cleaning agents.
