Self Expanding Cork is produced with clean granulated cork particles securely bound together with a synthetic resin. The product expands upon exposure to moisture and weather to develop an interface pressure seal within the concrete joint.
Self Expanding Cork Type III is particularly used for sealing the expansion joint in water structures, water treatment facilities and storage structures among others.
